Richard ★★★★★

Finally, a gluten-free pie crust that actually holds together without cracking when I roll it out. The unbaked shell made it easy to pour in my pumpkin filling and bake for the perfect holiday dessert.

Isabella G. ★★★★★

The flaky texture held up perfectly with my pumpkin filling, no soggy bottom at all. Even my non-GF relatives couldn’t tell the difference, which is the highest compliment I can give.

Ella O. ★★★★★

I had no trouble rolling out the frozen shell for my pumpkin pie, and the tapioca starch gave it a lovely, tender flakiness that held up perfectly.
