Robert ★★★★★

That gluten-free crust actually holds together beautifully—no sad, crumbly mess here. The balance of creamy eggs, crispy bacon, and those tender rosemary potatoes is spot-on. I've already ordered a second one.

Michael C. ★★★★★

The roasted rosemary potatoes add a nice savory bite alongside the cheddar and bacon, and the gluten-free crust is surprisingly tender without being crumbly.

Sebastian ★★★★★

The crust stayed perfectly flaky even after reheating, and that whipped egg filling is genuinely light—not dense like most quiches I've tried. The cheddar and bacon are generous enough that every bite hits.
