Made a batch of blueberry muffins this morning using this mix and they actually rose perfectly, no dense crumb like other gluten-free mixes I've tried. The prep was just adding a few pantry staples, which took maybe five minutes total.

I have celiac disease and this has become my go-to shortcut for weekend baking — just add the pantry basics and it comes together without hassle. The muffins had that perfect tender crumb I've been missing since going gluten-free.

Finally, a gluten-free muffin mix that actually tastes like something you'd bake from scratch, not cardboard. I used eggs and oil from my pantry and had warm, fluffy muffins in under 30 minutes, and the texture held up even the next day. This is my new go-to for a quick weekend breakfast.
