Ingredients: Cake: organic cane sugar, eggs, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, guar gum), butter, sour cream, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt. Buttercream: butter, sugar, egg whites, water, vanilla. Lemon Filling: organic cane sugar, fresh lemons, eggs, butter. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs

Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
