Three layers of vegan carrot spice cake filled, masked and bordered with our vegan cream cheese flavoured icing.
Ingredients: Cake: cake mix (flour blend (sorghum flour, millet flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), organic cane sugar, baking powder (baking soda, cream of tartar), baking soda, sea salt), water, bananas, carrots, organic coconut oil, organic flax seeds, spices, vanilla. Icing: icing sugar (sugar, corn starch), sustainable palm shortening, vanilla, cream cheese flavour. *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
Vegan butter is made from certified sustainable ingredients, icing sugar is certified vegan.
