巧克力馬卡龍

The shells have a nice chew that gives way to a smooth, dark chocolate filling that’s not overly sweet. I like that they use tiger nut flour, it makes the texture feel a bit more substantial than the usual macaron.

The ganache in the middle is so rich and smooth it almost tastes like a truffle, and it balances the airy shell perfectly. I ate two right out of the box before I could even put them in the fridge.

The tiger nut flour gives the shell a lovely, slightly nutty texture that pairs perfectly with the rich dark chocolate ganache. I've already ordered another box.
