BLUEBERRY purée on a shortbread crust topped with coconut macaroon topping, the perfect balance between sweet and tart!
Ingredients: Shortbread base: flour blend (white rice flour, arrowroot starch, tapioca starch, guar gum), cranberry, shredded coconut, water, vegan butter (Natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola, safflower, flax and olive oils), filtered water, contains less than 2% of pure salt, natural flavour (plant derived from corn, no msg, no alcohol, no gluten), sunflower lecithin, lactic acid(non-dairy), and naturally extracted annatto for coloir ), organic cane sugar, organic coconut sugar, sea salt *May contain (present in the facility): Dairy, Eggs
Instructions: Keep frozen for up to one month, refrigerated for up to 5 days, best enjoyed at room temperature (remove from fridge or freezer a few hours before eating).
Vegan butter is made from certified sustainable ingredients, icing sugar is certified vegan.
